Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

This is a great alternative to the traditional poppy seed dressing commonly used in strawberry spinach salads. Spicy mustard goes well with arugula and other pungent greens.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a jar and shake until combined.

Notes

Ground mustard also works well.
