Vegan Tonnato

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon dulse flakes (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons white wine or white balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup avocado olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons drained capers
Instructions
Soak the dulse flakes in the vinegar for 10 minutes to soften. In a blender purée all ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
