Hummus & Romesco Platter with Fresh Veggies and Toasted Pita

Ingredients
Toppings
- A variety of olives, pitted
- Roasted red peppers, diced
- Tomatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
Garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Additional chickpeas
- Ground sumac
- Cayenne
- Extra-virgin olive oil
Serve with
- Cucumbers, cut diagonally into long slices
- Carrots, cut into sticks
- Large radishes, thinly sliced
- Pitas, cut into quarters and toasted
Instructions
Make both recipes and place in separate large shallow serving bowls. Top with toppings and garnish. Place on a large board and serve with your preferred crudités and toasted pita.
