Vegan Tonnato

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon dulse flakes (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup avocado olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons drained capers

Instructions

Soak the dulse flakes in the vinegar for 10 minutes to soften. In a blender purée all ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
