Hummus & Romesco Platter with Fresh Veggies and Toasted Pita

Ingredients

1 recipe hummus

1 recipe romesco sauce

Toppings

  • A variety of olives, pitted
  • Roasted red peppers, diced
  • Tomatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Additional chickpeas
  • Ground sumac
  • Cayenne
  • Extra-virgin olive oil

Serve with

  • Cucumbers, cut diagonally into long slices
  • Carrots, cut into sticks
  • Large radishes, thinly sliced
  • Pitas, cut into quarters and toasted

Instructions

Make both recipes and place in separate large shallow serving bowls. Top with toppings and garnish. Place on a large board and serve with your preferred crudités and toasted pita.
