Ideas for salad additions

1 cup cherry tomatoes (per serving) cut in half
1/2 cucumber (per serving) sliced or diced
1 or 2 radishes (per serving) cut into matchsticks
1/2 avocado (per serving) diced
1 or 2 slices of red onion (per serving)
1/4 cup grated carrots (per serving)

Ideas for toppings

1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
Croutons
Toasted sesame seeds
Toasted hemp hearts
Roasted Chickpea Croutons
Coconut bacon

Instructions

Toss lettuce with generous amount of salad dressing and place on place.
Top with 3 or 4 salad additions (not too many or it will become a chop salad).
Drizzle more dressing over salad additions, as needed.
Garnish with one or two toppings.
Season with salt and pepper.
